A Whatsapp chatbot based Anti-Corruption Action Line on 9501200200. Citizens can report any corrupt practices being followed anywhere in the state of Punjab through this chatbot. The reports and actions taken are monitored at Chief Minister's Office level.

Brief Background
Govt. of Punjab has developed WhatsApp chatbot based Anti-Corruption Action Line which is used by Vigilance Bureau for accepting Corruption related complaints through WhatsApp Chatbot using number 9501200200 and processing the complaints received through software in online mode till district level. Any citizen wanting to complain about corrupt practices being followed anywhere in Punjab can simply submit a complaint through WhatsApp number 9501200200 for appropriate action.
