The Lease Management System (LMS) is a unified solution for all development authorities in Madhya Pradesh under the Town & Country Planning Department.

Brief Background
Each development authority operates independently and manages its own finances, the LMS centralizes and efficiently tracks lease-related statuses for both types of properties: State Government-Owned Property: Leased to development authorities for sub-leasing and management. Development Authority Purchased and Owned Properties: Leased after development or left undeveloped.
Objective
develop an online Lease Management System covering Lease Rent Payment Collection, Lease Renewal, Lease Transfer, and Lease Freehold functionalities.
Benefits
Lease Rent Payment : This phase automates lease rent payment collection through online and cash payments via challan. Beneficiaries can pay online through secure gateways, or pay cash at the bank, with records updated via bank API in the lease portal. The system generates receipts and tracks outstanding amounts, simplifying the payment process for both the department and consumers. Lease Renewal: This module automates lease renewal, providing timely notifications and reminders for upcoming renewals, streamlining the request and approval process to ensure prompt and accurate lease agreement updates. Lease NOC (No Objection Certificate): The system facilitates NOC issuance for specific lease-related activities, automating processing and tracking to reduce delays and enhance transparency.
