The E & IT Department, Govt. of Odisha, has developed a one stop portal named as “Odisha One”. This is an Integrated Service Delivery Framework for delivering the citizen centric services through self and assisted mode (through Mo Seba Kendra’s). The portal does not depend on the business logic of any of the departments. All the e-Governance application of the different departments which is already in operation, has been integrated with Odisha One portal with the first phase. The portal is not a substitute to departments e-Governance Application. Rather it is a frontend interface.

In Odisha One portal integration of G2C and G2B services have been takes place. The some of the integrated services are, (1) Issuance of Birth Certificate, (2) Issuance of Death Certificate, (3) Payments of holding Tax, (4) Payments of Trade License Fees, (5) Payments of Water bills, (6) Electricity Bill Payment (TPCODL), (7) OSRTC Bus Ticket Bookings (8) ORTPS Dashboard (9) Fresh / renewal of college affiliation (10) 5 Services of School & Mass department (11) 15 Services of SCTEVT.

Multiple Payment Gateway Services such as CC Avenue, RazorPay, Paytm, IFMS has been integrated. Automated SMS and Email gateway services have been integrated for providing notifications to citizen on various stages of transactions.

The Odisha One application has already been hosted in State Data Centre and can be accessed at https://www.odishaone.gov.in. The portal is Lunched during Mar-2021 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha and thereafter the portal will be available online for citizen.

Objective

"Odisha One" is an e-Governance platform of government of Odisha which act as a " One Stop Centre".

The Odisha One Portal provides a single window access to various government services and schemes for the citizens of Odisha.

Benefits

It offers a range of online services related to different departments of the state government including, Revenue, Transport, Agriculture, Energy, Health, Education, and more. Users can access these services by registering on the portal and logging in with their credentials.
