To support the development of a robust telecommunication infrastructure, high-speed broadband, and a globally accepted network, telecommunication agencies are required to obtain Right of Way (ROW) clearance. This service, offered by the Department of Information Technology, enables agencies to apply for the necessary permissions via Sikkim Go Portal.

The ROW clearance process ensures that the installation of telecommunication infrastructure, such as cables or towers, is conducted in compliance with government regulations, safeguarding public spaces and services
