The Online Grievance Redressal System, provided by the Rural Development Department (RDD), Government of Sikkim, allows citizens to register their grievances and seek resolution through the Sikkim GO Portal

Project Details

Brief Background

Ø  Citizens can register their grievances online 24/7 through the Sikkim GO Portal, ensuring continuous access to the system.

Ø  Once registered, grievances cannot be deleted or tampered with by anyone, including the admin, ensuring integrity in the process.

Ø  Each grievance is assigned a unique Grievance Number, allowing citizens to easily track the status of their complaints and follow up as needed.

Objective

This system is designed to enhance citizen engagement by offering a transparent and efficient platform for addressing concerns directly with the Rural Development Department (RDD).

The applicant creates an account in the Sikkim GO portal and applies for the service. The issuing office verifies the application and the uploaded documents and Provides the resolution
