It serves as a one-stop digital gateway where citizens can access a wide range of government services, lodge grievances, track applications, and provide feedback. The portal integrates various departments and services, simplifying processes for both the government and the public, ensuring efficient service delivery, transparency, and timely resolution of issues.Designed to enhance user experience, the platform offers multiple interfaces for grievance redressal, including web access, mobile applications, and call centers.
