The Work Management Portal, developed for the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is designed to help departments monitor and manage civil works. Major modules allow for the creation of new work projects, obtaining technical and administrative sanctions, and calculating payments based on Muster rolls and measurement books. The portal features GIS integration for geo-tagging work locations, providing precise location data. Additionally, it includes a BI Dashboard to monitor progress and generate reports, offering comprehensive oversight and streamlined project management. This portal ensures efficient tracking and administration of civil works within the state's departments.
Project Details
Brief Background
Works Management System is designed and developed to transform the complete offline process to online process, so that all the manual process can be eliminated and department can track record all of its tasks and progress. It is introduced so that the departments can easliy monitor their works through brief reports and dashboards. Other than this some addtional functionalities such as mobile application, Payment Integration , Lab Management, Resource Management, etc are developed under the umbrella of All WMS
Objective
The objective of the Civil Work Management System (CWMS) web application is to streamline the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects. The application aims to enhance project efficiency, improve communication among stakeholders, and provide real-time data analytics to facilitate informed decision-making. Key goals include: - Project Planning and Scheduling: Enable users to create, manage, and track project timelines and milestones, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule. -Resource Management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel to reduce costs and improve productivity. -Budget Tracking: Provide tools for budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to help manage project costs effectively. -Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all project documentation is easily accessible and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
