The PWD Portal has been launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to enhance the efficiency of public roads infrastructure management, ensure timely maintenance of roads and bridges, and streamline complaint resolution, including a dedicated pothole complaint management system. Brief Background
The PWD Portal, launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is an integrated web and mobile application designed to enhance road infrastructure management, streamline pothole complaint resolution, and improve departmental coordination. The mobile app enables citizens to register and track pothole complaints using geolocation, while officers manage and resolve issues efficiently through role-based access. The system utilizes GIS mapping for road assignments and updates, ensuring accurate jurisdiction handling. With robust MIS reporting, it promotes transparency and accountability, facilitating data-driven decision-making for the overall development of the state's road infrastructure
