Brief Background
With the increasing demand for better connectivity and expanding telecom networks, the installation of mobile towers has become crucial for providing seamless communication services across Madhya Pradesh, particularly in rural and remote areas. However, the manual process of securing permissions, monitoring compliance, and ensuring proper regulations often led to delays and inefficiencies. To address these issues, the government launched the Tower App, which simplifies the entire process of tower installation by digitizing applications, approvals, and compliance checks, thereby improving transparency and efficiency in the telecom sector.
