Brief Background

The Government of Madhya Pradesh has been actively working towards improving the quality of governance through the integration of technology. Recognizing the need for a more citizen-friendly approach to public services, the MP eServices Portal was launched as part of the state’s digital governance initiative. Prior to this, citizens often faced delays, long queues, and bureaucratic inefficiencies when accessing government services. The portal aims to address these challenges by bringing a wide array of services online, ensuring faster processing times, and improving overall accountability.
