Brief Background
With rapid urbanization and the growing demand for organized housing in Madhya Pradesh, there was a need to regulate the activities of colonizers and ensure proper planning in the development of housing projects. Previously, the process for registering colonizers and obtaining development permissions was cumbersome, involving multiple departments and long delays. The Colonizer Registration & Permission Management System was introduced to address these inefficiencies by digitizing the entire process. The platform ensures that colonizers meet all legal and environmental requirements before starting development, thus promoting planned urban growth in the state.
