An initiative by Government of Jharkhand to provide a digital ecosystem for onboarding the State Departments, District Administration, Directorates and Agencies to fast-track the project implementation and monitoring through better co-ordination among them. In this connection a portal has been developed to track the progress of the key projects approved by the cabinet meeting and Foundation laid by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand. The portal has many features that will help inter-departmental communication better and timely execution of the projects.
Project Details
Brief Background
The Jharkhand government is firmly committed to the swift implementation and monitoring of projects across various districts, directorates, and agencies of the state. In this regard, the state government has developed the 'Johar Project Portal', with the primary objective of timely and effective completion and monitoring of projects approved and inaugurated by the Cabinet.
Objective
Ensure tracking and timely completion of projects approved in cabined meeting and Foundation laid by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

Classification of projects as structure-based and non-structure-based.

Implementation Methodology
Identify the requirements and objectives of the project.
Analysis to understand expectations and needs.
Develop a project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
Create a design that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop a prototype to gather feedback from stakeholders.
Proceed with the development phase using an iterative approach.
Perform various unit test and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deploy the system in a controlled environment.
Train end-users and stakeholders on the functionalities and usage of the system.
Provide documentation and user manuals for reference.
