This system meticulously tracks colleges, hospitals, OPD?s, daily medicine consumption and facilitates real-time stock balancing of the medicines, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and that shortages or overstock situations are effectively mitigated. AiMMS platform enables an end-to-end inventory management solution that optimizes demand generation, procurement, and distribution processes. The platform also manages a detailed daily patient visit register (storing the count of patients), capturing essential patient data (aadhar, contact, previous visit details) treatment details, and associated medicine dispensation records.

Brief Background
The introduction of AiMMS in the department has significantly transformed the way of functioning of the system from ground level dispensaries to fully automated tasks such as inventory management generation of e-challan stock consumption etc. a total of 3954 dispensaries have been fully equipped with the introduction of web & mobile application with a 24x7 support system. These facilities have resulted in one ? to ? one grievance redress automatic generation of demand orders and complete automation of daily tasks with minimal human intervention. 1. Demand Order Creation for Dispensaries Dispensaries can easily create their demand orders for medicine stocks that allows them to accurately track inventory levels. The system automatically captures relevant details such as quantities medicine types reducing manual entry errors and speeding up the requisition process. 2. Centralized Demand Compilation at the District Level District officers are responsible for aggregating demand orders from multiple dispensaries within their region. This helps the system to track & compile the demand generated from dispensaries in a centralized space. 3. Real-Time Stock Monitoring and Balancing at the District Level District officers can monitor the stock levels of all dispensaries within their jurisdiction. The platform provides real-time dashboards and alerts to notify officers of any stock imbalances or shortages that may occur. With this information districts can proactively manage inventory by redistributing medicines between dispensaries as needed. 4. Mobile Application The mobile application ensures that users can quickly navigate to complete their duties such as inventory updates patient records opening stock update demand order creation and other essential tasks. This improves access of essential information to the users at correct time. 5. Customized Dashboard for AYUSH The platform provides stream-specific dashboards for directors of various AYUSH streams including Ayurveda Yoga and Naturopathy Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy. AiMMS dashboards are customised for different levels of the AYUSH hierarchy including District Officers Medical College Officers Hospital Offices and Dispensaries. 6. AiMMS Intelligence Report The system automatically generates procurement orders upon receiving alerts for medicine shortages. This automatic compilation reduces the administrative burden on district officers and ensures that all requisitions are accurately consolidated into a single comprehensive district-level procurement order.
