Brief Background
Before implementing this project the property returns filing process was manual time-consuming and lacked IT support with limited network connectivity in many areas. The Vigilance Department automated the process to enable faster easier filing and more efficient verification incorporating a self-assessment system automation of approvals and monitoring mechanisms to enhance transparency and decision-making with notifications sent for rejected or incomplete submissions.Objective
? To provide an online system for employees under Government of Mizoram to file all their returns. ? To develop a centralized repository of filed returns. ? To provide easy access to the Department services within the department or to other government departments. ? To provide facilities for generation of reports both manually and automatically. ? To provide easy access to the common people the property record of every Group A & B Officer under GoM.Benefits
? Digital approval/rejection of filed returns. ? Automation of workflow and internal processes of the Department ? Notification/information dissemination using SMS and/or email. ? IT enabling of internal processes of the Department to increase functional efficiency ? Centralized MIS on officer statistics in the State. ?
