Brief Background
The Online Leave Application System is implemented by the DP&AR Department and is a platform for all government employees and departments to maximise the efficiency ease of leave applications and automation in leave management system. The application is developed with responsive to android mobile it is assessable from mobile phone the application itself have a mobile applications. MSeGS maintains and operates the system for the department.
Objective
The objective of the software is to digitise and manage Government employee leave records of all Government Departments.
Benefits
? A digital leave application system can significantly increase the efficiency of the process of applying for and approving leave. With an online system employees can submit their leave requests quickly and easily and managers can review and approve them in a timely manner without the need for physical paperwork. ? All types of leaves can be applied from the system such as casual leave equated leave medical leave etc. ? Promotes Transparency as leave application system can provide greater transparency in the leave approval process as all employees and managers can view the status of leave requests in real-time ? A government leave application system can help to ensure that all leave requests and approvals are properly documented ?
