Arbitration has become a preferred method of dispute resolution, especially in commercial and contractual matters, as it offers a more expedited and flexible alternative to litigation. Madhya Pradesh has seen a rise in arbitration cases, given the increasing complexity of commercial transactions and public-private partnerships. However, manual processes in managing these cases often result in delays, inefficiencies, and lack of transparency. To address these challenges, the government introduced the Arbitration Case Management System to digitize the entire arbitration process, providing faster resolutions and greater transparency.
