Brief Background

The Lokayukt in Madhya Pradesh plays a vital role in investigating and addressing corruption, misconduct, and abuse of power within government institutions. However, manual processes of lodging and tracking complaints often lead to delays, inefficiencies, and lack of transparency. To address these challenges and make the complaint-handling process more citizen-friendly, the Lokayukt Complaint Management System was introduced. This platform is designed to improve access to justice, promote transparency, and streamline the investigation of corruption cases within the state's governance framework.

  4. Complaint Assignment: Once a complaint is filed, it is assigned to the appropriate Lokayukt official or investigation team for further action.
