The MLALAD Application is a digital platform designed to facilitate the management and allocation of funds provided under the Member of Legislative Assembly Local Area Development Scheme (MLALAD) in Madhya Pradesh. Brief Background
Under the MLALAD Scheme, each Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) is allotted funds annually to be used for development works in their respective constituencies. This scheme empowers MLAs to address the immediate developmental needs of their areas. However, managing the proposals, approvals, and tracking the progress of numerous local projects can be complex and time-consuming. To address these challenges, the MLALAD Application was introduced to digitize the entire process, from fund allocation and project approval to monitoring and reporting. This system ensures transparency and accountability in the usage of MLALAD funds.
