MeghalayaONE is One digital gateway for Citizens and Government officials where citizens can apply for Schemes / Services & raise grievances / Petitions etc., and Government officials can access different modules to carry out day-to-day administrative activities.
The government of Meghalaya envisioned to implement an integrated platform MeghalayaONE in line with India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA).
Built on a low-code no-code platform it is designed using Microservice Architecture, with the use of existing building blocks. Meghalaya ONE will act as a unified portal for both G2G and G2C transactions with the use of key technologies like 
Micro-service architecture – Supports deployment of new services in a short time.
• Robust APIs mechanism 
• Consent manager and Anonymizer

Brief Background

MeghalayaOne is One digital gateway for Citizens and Government officials where citizens can apply for Schemes / Services & raise grievances / Petitions etc., and Government officials can access different modules to carry out day-to-day administrative activities.
The government of Meghalaya envisioned implementing an integrated platform MeghalayaONE in line with India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA).

Objective

* Provide a Centralized Digital Platform - To create a unified portal that serves as a one-stop solution for citizens to access government schemes, services, file grievances, and submit petitions, while also supporting government officials in managing their administrative tasks efficiently.
* Enhance Citizen-Government Interaction -To simplify and improve interactions between the government and citizens by offering a seamless, user-friendly platform that allows for transparent, efficient, and convenient service delivery.
* Enable Quick Service Deployment - To implement a flexible microservice architecture that supports the rapid deployment of new services, enabling the government to meet evolving citizen needs and administrative demands without significant delays.
* Ensure Seamless Data Integration and Governance - To facilitate smooth integration of data, such as certificates and other documents, through robust APIs, reducing manual processing, minimizing errors, and promoting paperless governance.
* Improve Administrative Efficiency - To empower government officials with efficient tools and modules for better handling of their day-to-day tasks, reducing bureaucracy and enhancing overall governance productivity.
Promote Transparency and Accountability - To foster greater transparency in government processes by allowing citizens to track the status of their applications and grievances, while enabling officials to monitor service delivery and performance.
* Align with National Digital Frameworks - To implement a system aligned with India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) – Meghalaya Enterprise Architecture (MeghEA) ensuring scalability, adaptability, and compliance with national digital governance standards for future growth and improvements.
