The platform is a one-stop solution bringing together all stakeholders including Candidates, Training Partners, Industry, and Administration on a single platform.

Brief Background
The Ladakh Skill Development Mission (LSDM) portal is part of the Ladakh government's initiative to enhance skill development opportunities for residents. Through this platform, individuals can apply for various training programs, apprenticeships, and ITI admissions. It is designed to empower youth by offering skill-building courses, linking them with industries, and helping them secure employment.
The portal allows candidates, training providers, and industries to register and participate in government schemes aimed at fostering local employment and skill enhancement in sectors like hospitality, construction, IT, and more. The mission's broader vision is to develop a skilled workforce to meet the evolving demands of the economy in Ladakh.
Objective
LADAKH SKILL DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM is a web portal to have a single point interface to educate, inform, enroll and impart skills to the youth of UT of Ladakh.There are different module/logins for Candidates, Training Partners, Training Center, Industry/employer as well as Department. Candidates can register themselves, discover and apply for courses provided by the training centers. Training Partners can register themselves after approval of department and they can create training center, course, batches etc. Training center will conduct the training and will do the assessment of candidate and provide the certificate. Industry/employer can see all the certified candidates and post the job opportunity for the candidates.
