The newly developed Legacy Citizen Record Digitization (LCRD) software, is created by NIC Tripura at the request of the DM Office, West Tripura. Project Details
Brief Background
Government of Tripura has citizen records in different manual registers (Citizenship, PRTC etc). DM Office receives requests / enquiry for verification of citizen records who are willing to take any government service. It is very difficult to search records manually in registers starting from year 1972. Also there is a need to digitize those records.
