This IQAMS is G-2-C web portal where both Govt. and Pvt. ITI along with their academic staff are on-boarded and login access has been assigned as per their role in the ITI/ long term skilling ecosystem. This portal is being used as end-to-end quality training and academic managing/ tracking system of trainee admitted into Industrial Training Institution (ITI) as well staff engaged into training activities. Also, few more academic & non-academic activities/ modules such as Training of Training Officer, Result & STC Generation Management, Mobile App, Hostel Management, Fund Management etc., are at development stage.
Apart from ITI staff trainee admitted into ITI are also provided login access in order to provide information such as their academic content & daily progress, their attendance, monthly test progress and eligibility for examination etc.

Brief Background
Directorate of Skill Development (DSD) is the department under The Government of Madhya Pradesh responsible for the Development of Skill of the Youth for generating skilled manpower to serve the requirement of Industries at State, National and International Level.In order to fulfill above objective DSD office office felt need of end-to-end & integrated IT Solution, which gave birth to the IQAMS (Integrated Quality and Academic Management System) project.
Objective
Quality Assurance: The primary goal is to ensure that all processes adhere to pre-defined quality standards.Data-Driven Decision Making: By collecting and analyzing data, the portal facilitates informed decision-making, improving the overall effectiveness of the courses being monitored.
Accountability: By making information available to all stakeholders, IQAMS enhances transparency, thereby increasing accountability at all levels for ITIs
Improved Reporting: It simplifies the reporting mechanism, allowing users to submit and review quality reports more efficiently, reducing paperwork and manual oversight.
