A modern, comprehensive and transparent school management system with the aim to cater all activities related to students, teachers and other staff.
All the data of students, teachers have been synced from the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) data.
Project Details
Brief Background
There are four types of users as follows :-
Administrator login
The Administrator can create the school logins, create subject category that which subject belongs to Arts, Science, Vocational etc. category; class subject mapping; change password etc.
School login
The school head/ principal can do registration of teaching and non-teaching staff; create teachers’ and students’ logins, mark teacher attendance, student subject mapping and teacher class mapping.
Teacher login
The teacher can mark student attendance and send SMS to the parents/ guardians of the absentee students, fee verification, enter the subject wise marks of students and generate the report card accordingly.
Student login
Student can deposit admission and monthly fee through this module.
The Development of School Management System is under Process. It is being integrated to NTRP for online modules.
Objective
School Management System will cater the following activities:
(i) Registration of teaching and non teaching staff;
(ii) Student and Teacher attendance;
(iii) Information of absentee students to their parents/ guardians;
(iv) Subject wise categorization;
(v) Class subject mapping;
(vi) Subject student mapping;
(vii) Teacher class mapping;
(viii) Generation of report card;
(ix) Fee submission by students and verification of submitted fee by the concerned teacher.
