Government officials in Madhya Pradesh often manage multiple responsibilities across departments, making efficient time management critical for smooth governance. Traditional methods of scheduling and tracking events, such as paper diaries and fragmented calendars, often led to missed appointments, inefficiencies, and communication gaps. The MP Digital Diary and Calendar was introduced to modernize this process, enabling officials to manage their schedules in a more organized, real-time, and collaborative manner.
