Project Details
Brief Background
Computerization of Sub-Registrar, DIG and IG offices and facilities for Citizens. Registration of deeds for movable and immovable properties for various types of transactions on immovable properties, movable properties, Wills, Power of Attorneys etc. Valuation is primarily requirement for calculation of stamp duty and registration fees payable based on DLC rates (Circle rates) and department rules. Registration of document at Sub-Registrar office and Record Keeping of registered documents (various books, indexes and registers) maintained by the department. Besides this, there are so many other activities done by DIG and IG offices.
