All District Portal

Published By: SeMT

The E & IT Department, Govt. of Odisha, has developed a portal using a robust website framework named as “Odisha Standardized Website Framework (SWF)”.  The vision of this portal is to provide a unified face of all Districts and bring in an integrated web experience for the citizens across all Collectorate websites. Currently 30 District portals and one Landing Page are on-boarded to this framework.

SWF platform provides information to citizens through responsive web and mobile interfaces. With these inter-connected websites data can be centrally disseminated from its admin portal to all 30 Districts websites under a larger Government umbrella.

Benefit of SWF is Secure & Scalable platform with Low Maintenance Cost. With one single platform all the Districts websites will become standard, Consistent and following to state IT guidelines.

The SWF is a Dynamic Content Management System, where each District e-Governance Manager user will be able to manage the content by their self and scalable to extend more dynamic features. It establishes a Single Centralized Government Document Repository. Information published on the District websites are bilingual and available in English & Oriya.

The Odisha District portal has already been hosted in State Data Centre and can be accessed at https://district.odisha.gov.in/.
