The Kaveri online services improved the process of Document Registration, Marriage Registration, Encumbrance Certificate, Certified Copy, Registration of Firms, and Property Valuation services managed by the Department of Stamps & Registration. Under the document registration applicant can register the Sale of immovable property transactions, Mortgages, Lease Agreements, General Power of Attorney, Gifts & Wills, Partition Deeds, etc.

Brief Background
Registration of documents pertaining to property marriage firms etc. and valuation of property related services managed by the department are critical services of this department. Automation and providing seamless online facility to citizens was the focus of the department and hence KAVERI 2.0 application has been conceptualized.Objective
The primary objective of the department is to provide seamless online services to the citizens of the state in the process of Registration of Document Issuance of Certified Copies of Certificates related to property marriage firms property valuation mortgages lease agreements Genral Power of Attorney Gifts Wills Partition deeds etc.Benefits
