Brief Background
Government of Karnataka with a vision to address the Grievances of its citizens in an effective manner and to monitor the resolution in a time-bound manner has felt the need to have an online system to register track and manage the citizen grievances from the last mile functionary activities. This vision has led to the development and implementation of the JanaspandanaObjective

1. More than 40 Administrative departments and 250+ Line departments onboarded. 2. Multi-channel (Online Call Centre Mobile App OTC) grievance registration facility for Citizens. 3. Effecctive monitoring by mapping 17 000+ Last Mile Functionaries up-to GP level for grievance redressal. 4. 1 62 000+ grievances registered 1 54 000+ redressed. 5.
