Project Details

Brief Background

KSRTC has envisaged to streamline the HR and Payroll processes which includes management of Employee details. Processing Payroll end-to-end employee management starting from Recruitment to Retirement for which a software application is required as the employee strength is more than 36 000.

Objective

To manage Employee Management Attendance capturing Scheduling and Payroll Processing of all KSRTC employees.

Benefits

1. HRMS covers employee base of 36 000+ 2. Capture Digitally the information of every employee of more than 70 plus depots including employee service register data. 3. Mobile app based Attendance capturing with GIS co-ordinates and Facial recognition.
