IIMS application provides Online services at the State Warehouses like; Inventory Management, Billing-Invoices-Receipts Management, Farmer/Trader/Agency Management, H&T Charges Management and integrations with FCI and Payment Gateway.

Project Details

Brief Background

KSWC has envisaged the need for a software application to manage the activities of Warehouses in the state. The activities involve registration of farmers/traders/agencies manage the stock received at the warehouses billing/invocing H&T charges FCI integrations etc.

Objective

To provide seamless online services to the Farmers/Traders/Agencies regarding the management of Warehouses in the state with respect to stock receipt invoicing and integrations.

Benefits

1. Centrally monitoring and tracking of materials at Warehouses. 2. All 169 Warehouses of the State are onboarded. 3. More than 72 000 Online Invoices generated worth Rs. 390+ Crores generated. 4. Integrations with GST e-sign SMS & e-mail.
