Project Details
Brief Background
KSRSAC has digitized Cadastral records/ revenue village maps of Karnataka. A mobile app was developed to disseminate this data to land record officers and citizens to identify the ownership a land any where in Karnataka along with BHOOMI RTC details. This application lets user know the survey number of his current location within Karnataka. It also allows surveyor to give feedback on survey number details and get to know their land details like owner details and area of their land
Objective
To provide Survey Number /Hissa Number of the identified location To provide navigation to the particular land parcel To provide the RTC from BHOOMI records including land ownership extent and other details
Benefits
Brings transparency in land information access . Beneficiaries suitable farmers are being identified using this data for DBT schemes. Simplifies and streamlines the process of verifying land details for borewell sanction bank loan permission for petrol/gas agency insurance claim etc. and avoids potential legal issues. More than 20 lakh users are using this application
