Brief Background

Managing large-scale infrastructure projects has traditionally faced challenges such as delays, quality control issues, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. Many public works projects have suffered from inefficient monitoring, cost overruns, and substandard quality due to a lack of integrated management systems. To address these challenges, the Integrated Quality & Works Management System (IQWMS) was introduced as a comprehensive solution to streamline the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to quality control and completion.
