Chandigarh Legal Metrology department adopted NIC Uttar Pradesh’s solution used in Metrology department of UP and inspection of weights and measures. The stake holders are owners of shops and other commercial establishments, Dealers, manufacturers and repairers and Legal Metrology department in Chandigarh UT. Software provides online facility to apply for issuance/renewal/amendment of licences, pay fee and get the license for all operations under Legal Metrology Act 2009.
