"SAMPADA" has been a comprehensive system for Registration and E-stamping of documents and monitoring arrangements. In SAMPADA, stamp duty is collected through "e-stamps". The licensed Service providers who are authorized to issue "e-stamps" can also provide the facilitation of searching and downloading of copies of e-Registered documents. Financial institutions like Banks and Post-offices also have been granted service provider licenses. Using SAMPADA, a registered user can initiate registration of immovable properties by submitting their credentials and required documents online
Project Details
Brief Background
The department has a running IT solution & application “Stamps And Management of Property And Documents Application” (aka SAMPADA), to carry out seamless process of Online Payments, E-stamping and Registrations across all offices of the departments within MP state and through web based application for citizens and Service Providers. SAMPADA is a comprehensive solution involved in the registration process that makes the user capable of initiating the registration process independently.
Objective
"The objective of “SAMPADA 2.0” is a comprehensive user-friendly system for E-registration of documents and E-stamping for better governance, evidence-based processing and to create multiple opportunities in simplification of Registration Process so overall it’s a user friendly and transparent application with reformed Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) with policy recommendation at appropriate function points. The objective of the proposed application is to provide document registration services with effective use of modern technology to the people using well defined procedures, with right means, in a specific time frame and in a transparent manner. "
