Brief Background
With rising unemployment and the need to align the state's workforce with industry demands, the Madhya Pradesh government recognized the importance of focused employment and skill development initiatives. Council of Employment and Training (MAPCET) was established as a centralized body responsible for coordinating training programs, fostering partnerships with industries, and improving employment outcomes in the state.
