EEMS was designed, developed, implemented, maintained and managed to enhance efficiency, transparency and accountability in the services of the Employment Department. EEMS is a secured, web-based software application having user-friendly interface hosted at SDC. The department website address is https://employment.livelihoods.rajasthan.gov.in/ and EEMS is accessible via RajSSO https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in. Job-Seekers can register themselves for unemployment allowance scheme “Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambhal Yojna 2021” and Department users can perform the related activities for document verification, approval, department allotment, joining, attendance and payment (Direct Benefit Transfer in the beneficiary’s bank account) and it provides various analytical and graphical reports for decision making, planning and effective monitoring and management of the scheme.

Brief Background
The Department of Employment is primarily responsible for ensuring proper enforcement of provisions of Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies (CNV)) Act-1959 & Rules-1960, collection and dissemination of information about various self-employment schemes to job seekers, provision of dispensing special scheme(s) to assist job seekers of weaker sections of the society – SC, ST, OBC, specially abled persons, women etc. EEMS was envisaged to establish better and efficient MIS systems for improving the internal efficiency of operations.
