Brief Background
Training Room Management System is used for Blocking/Booking the training rooms for departmental trainings Government of Karnataka. In Continuation TRMS has access for Dashboard Generating Reports Managing the Training Rooms with Approve Confirm Pending and Cancellation of training rooms for registered Users and Admin login.
Objective
TRMS is easy-to-use interface for trainers and staff to schedule sessions view availability and manage room allocations and Enable trainers and administrators to reserve rooms with minimal effort through an intuitive booking process
Benefits
Dashboard Generate reports on room usage including frequency capacity and resource consumption to help with decision-making and Allow for different levels of access for trainers administrators and other staff ensuring secure management of bookings and room usage.
