One-stop platform for citizens of Maharashtra to seek redressal of their grievances.
The citizen must submit the grievance. A token number will be produced as soon as the complaint is submitted.
Only with that token number can citizens follow up on their complaints and find out the status of those complaints as of right now.

Project Details

Brief Background

Aaple Sarkar is a grievance redressal portal launched by the Government of Maharashtra to provide citizens with a convenient and efficient way to lodge and track their grievances. 
It allows citizens to file grievances through their mobile phones or computers and receive updates on the status of their grievance.
The portal also provides a feedback mechanism for citizens to rate the quality of resolution of their grievance.

Objective

The main objective of this portal is to resolve more and more complaint of citizens and provide them with simple interface so file grievance and and track grievance.
