Rajasthan Payment Platform (RPP) is a government initiative designed to streamline electronic payments and disbursements. Integrated with banks, mobile wallets, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and Bharat QR, RPP facilitates smooth and flexible transactions for residents and government departments. It supports collection, disbursement and various banking services to Government Departments and PSU's under the aegis of State Government.
Project Details
Brief Background
The Rajasthan Payment Platform (RPP) is an initiative by the Government of Rajasthan to provide centralized Payment Routine Engine that can take care all payments (other than treasury) and disbursement needs of Government Departments and PSU’s under the aegis of Government of Rajasthan. System was developed to reduce the efforts spend by different departments/PSUs in integrating payment gateway and banks for different type of banking services.
Objective
The Primary Objective of RPP is to bring services of all banks and payment gateway services providers on a common platform and extend them in a unified manner to the end-user departments for seamless collection and disbursement of funds through their online systems.

Implementation Methodology
System can be implemented in plug-n-play model.

1. User Department need to complete one-time integration with RPP system
2. Share Settlement Accounts for daily fund settlement
For Disbursement & Other API Based Services
1. One-time API integration between RPP & User department Application
