It offers features like electronic file creation and tracking, online approvals, digital signatures, leave management, NOC issuance, performance appraisal submissions, property return filings, store requisitions, accommodation allotments and many more.

 

RAJKAJ acts as a centralized repository for managing official documents, enabling easy access for authorized personnel and speeding up decision-making by reducing manual paperwork and boosting efficiency in government offices.

Project Details

Brief Background

DoIT&C has implemented RAJKAJ (Integrated Raj e-Office) system in the state. RAJKAJ is the specific implementation of e-Office system in the government of Rajasthan. It is the digital platform developed by the DoIT&C to automate and streamline administrative processes, file management, human resource management, and process specific workflow within its offices.

RAJKAJ aims to digitize government operations, improve efficiency, reduce paper usage, and enhance transparency in the administrative processes of various departments and offices in Rajasthan. It provides features such as electronic file creation, movement, and tracking, online approvals, digital signatures, leave apply/approvals, issuance of No Objection Certificate, online submission of performance appraisal report, online submission of immovable property return, store requisition, and allotment of accommodation etc.

Objective

1.Establishing the paperless ecosystem in government
2.Seamless integration of various business processes of the State Government Departments to facilitate coordination and consolidation of information, data processing & monitoring and streamlining of internal administration. 
3.Streamline and automate the business processes of the various State Government Departments/Organizations to improve quality of service delivery 
4.Improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of government responses and reduce turnaround time 
5.To provide the effective resource management to improve the quality of administration.
