CFMS is implemented by APCFSS on behalf of the Finance Department, utilizing the SAP S4 HANA platform to provide a 'Single Source of Truth' across the state's financial operations.

To establish an enterprise-wide Financial Management System that enhances efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, and sustainability in financial operations for all stakeholders.
