Rajasthan Sampark aims towards providing citizens with a centralized platform where any citizen of the state can lodge his/ her grievances to the respective departments. Citizens can lodge their grievances against any government department/ office through this portal and the grievance will further be sent to the respective office/ department for redressal.

Brief Background
Rajasthan Sampark intends to help the Government to achieve important aspects of good Governance aspects viz. Robust Delivery System, Transparency, Communications, Grievance Redressal and Sensitivity towards citizens. Rajasthan Sampark aims towards providing citizens with a centralized platform where any citizen of the state can lodge his/ her grievances to the respective departments. Through web portal all citizens can registered their grievances on Rajasthan Sampark portal. An integrated public Grievance redressal portal with comprehensive workflow for grievance redressal and monitoring mechanism to ensure proper disposal. The citizen can log on to the Rajasthan Sampark portal “sampark.rajasthan.gov.in”.Rajasthan Sampark has been associated with Government Departments, Offices, Bureaus, Boards, Commissions, Corporations, Federations, Institutes, Academies & Universities.
Objective
Main Objective of application were follows:
1.To become a single point of contact to citizens for registering and tracking of Grievances for all Government departments/ PSU/ Boards/ Academia etc.
2.To provide a mechanism to the citizens for giving feedback related to grievance
