Brief Background
e-Sanchar is a pioneering initiative by the Government of Rajasthan, aimed at enhancing Government-to-Citizen (G2C) & Government-to- Government (G2G) communications through the efficient and reliable delivery of SMS, OTP. Developed and managed by the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C) in collaboration with RajCOMP Info Services Ltd. (RISL), e-Sanchar serves as a critical platform for disseminating important information, alerts, and notifications to residents across the state.
In the digital age, timely and effective communication between the government and its citizens is paramount. e-Sanchar addresses this need by providing a streamlined, scalable, and secure system that enables various government departments and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to reach out to the public in real time.
