Software of Central Inspection System (CIS) randomly selects Factories/Boilers/Establishments/Industries on the basis of risk criteria and allocates the said Establishment to any Inspector. Every office integrated in the CIS shall carry out surprise inspections based on complaint with speicific permission from their respective Head of Department and upload the insepction report. The schedule of the inspections would be generated on the 15th of every month (for the next month) and shared with the concerned officers/Inspectors with the details of the organization, date of inspection, the names and contacts of the officers from other converned departments.

Brief Background
The Government of Delhi has undertaken several inspections related reforms, such as setting up of “Central Inspection Framework” and an online system “Delhi – Central Inspection System (Delhi-CIS)” to carry out all inspections in a single platform. This initiative replaces manual scheduling of inspections with computerized and synchronized inspections for various agencies to simplify business regulations and bring transparency and accountability in inspections. Inspections conducted through this system shall be limited to pre – defined inspection checklist.
