Various authorities in Labour Department functions as quasi-judicial authorities. In order to monitor these quasi-judicial cases and to benefit the workers/litigants, e-court system has been introduced, wherein the cases would be entered online and their status would be shown to the parties. The cause list would be generated online and the daily/final orders can be uploaded for the benefits of the parties.

Brief Background
The cases were filed manually the hearing of the cases use to be manually and also the cause list were all prepared manually. The project has been launched wherein following facilities are available :- Online Case filing, Case Hearing, case Transfer, Case reopen functionality at District labour court level, Case detail search facility for Citizens etc. all the details pertaining to any case is readily searchable and available both to public and department.Objective
