Project Details
Brief Background
Part IV chapter II of the Constitution of India deals with Public Service Commissions. The relevant Articles are Articles 315 to Article 323. Article320 (I) enjoins upon the State Public Service Commission to conduct examination for appointments to the services of the state.
Objective
i. Enable improvement in delivery of services.
ii. Improve efficiency of examination process.
iii. Improve service delivery of NPSC department to the key stakeholders including exam candidates and relevant stakeholders.
iv. Access to near real-time and better-quality data for decision support.
v. Continuous availability, simplification and modernization of environment.
vi. Implement innovative solutions to meet end user needs.
vii. Simplification of NPSC Exams operational processes and availability of online services to end users through a best in class online platform.
