Developed under the S3WaaS (Secure Scalable and Sugamya Website as a Service) framework by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) the portal is a collaborative effort involving the District Administration and the IT Department of the Government of Puducherry. S3WaaS is designed to generate secure and accessible websites promoting the Digital India initiative by enabling government entities to provide information and services online.
