WE Hub aims to counter those biases and stereotypes to leverage the full extent of women’s entrepreneurial potential for the benefit of society by enabling access to technical, financial, government, and policy support required to start, scale, sustain, and accelerate.
Project Details

Brief Background
WE HUB is India s first state-led incubator exclusively created for women entrepreneurs. Managed by the Department of Information Technology Electronics & Communications (ITE& C) Government of Telangana it was initiated in response to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in 2017 and began operations in March 2018. WE HUB aims to transform the entrepreneurial landscape for women by providing the necessary support to start scale and sustain businesses
Objective
Foster Women Entrepreneurship: Encourage and support women entrepreneurs across various sectors to start and grow their businesses.Access to Resources: Provide financial technical and governmental support to help women entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
Innovation and Leadership: Foster innovation and leadership among women in both urban and rural areas.

Collaboration and Networking: Build a collaborative ecosystem by connecting with corporates government entities industry and academia.

Implementation Methodology
Incubation Programs: WE HUB implements targeted incubation programs for women entrepreneurs at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. This includes pre-incubation for idea validation incubation for scaling up startups and acceleration programs for market expansion.Mentorship & Networking: The platform provides access to mentors industry experts and networking opportunities to help women entrepreneurs navigate challenges and grow their businesses. Collaborative events and workshops are regularly organized to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Resource Allocation: WE HUB allocates resources such as funding workspace and technical support to women entrepreneurs. This ensures they have access to the necessary tools and infrastructure to start and scale their businesses.
Government & Policy Support: The platform leverages its connection with government entities to provide policy support and simplify regulatory processes for women entrepreneurs. This includes facilitating access to government schemes and grants.
Continuous Monitoring & Evaluation: WE HUB continuously monitors the progress of its programs and participants gathering feedback to make necessary improvements and ensure the effectiveness of its initiatives.
