Brief Background

The eDespatch application was introduced as part of the government’s efforts to modernize its internal communication systems. Before its launch, departments relied on traditional methods of correspondence, which involved physically sending letters and documents, often resulting in delays, lack of proper tracking, and inefficiencies in workflow. To address these challenges, eDespatch was developed as a solution to digitize the sharing process by allowing departments to scan and electronically dispatch signed documents. The application aims to bridge this gap and provide a foundation for future advancements in government communication.
