India is known globally for its expertise on information technology and technology enabled services. The credit to India, the G20, the group of most powerful countries of the world, recognised for the first time the Digital Public Infrastructure and its impact for the digital economy, and for the equitable and sustainable development. In addition to the national successes, there are several State level initiatives, which are resulting in ease of living, ease of doing business and ease of governance. It is important that these State level initiatives get a platform to get highlighted.
India Stack Local aims to showcase the successes of States and Union Territories in rolling out digital transformational solutions at State level. It is envisaged that the differentiated solution, deep value, inclusive nature, feature richness and the impact of these solutions may inspire national level adoption and/ or replication in another States. The idea is to encourage States and UTs to share their expertise of digital solutions so that it fosters competition and collaboration to do better for good governance. The portal will provide opportunity to share, learn, replicate and contribute towards equitable, economical and sustainable growth of our country. Growing together in digital journey across the country means leaving no one behind.
